I obtained a US Bank secured card ($1000), and used it for a year.
Then, my first app spree was for 3 cards over a week, the first card was a US Bank card ($8500), and I closed the secured.
~ 2.5 months later I applied for and was given another US Bank card ($6500). So, a second card within 3 months, plus a total credit limit of $15,000 on the two cards combined. And of course I had 3 INQ's from the recent spree. So I would say you are good to go.
NOTE: I have never had a car loan, morgage, student loan, or anything else.

You might want to try and open a bank account with them. My scores are all in the 660-670 range. I opened a checking and saving with them and I put 5k I the savings and set up a direct deposit to my checking account. I got a pre approval offer for them about a month after I opened my accounts.
That was the first prre approval I got I quite a while. I had around 5 new account and 10 inquiries and I was approved for the Platinum card with a starting limit of 3k. Imhoping to. PC to Cash plus or Flex Perks after a couple of months of good use on the platinum.
You need a limit of $5000 and an income of $30,000/yr in order to have a chance of PC to a Cash+. And you must wait for over 6 months before you can request a credit limit increase. If you obtain another US Bank card, that is considered a credit limit increase and resets the 6 months timer.
Starting with a Platinum is good. My Cash+ that was a platinum has a much lower APR. And so far, I can't get them to reduce the APR on the other cash+ to match it. Not that its important, but still...
