The PFICO score can be higher or lower than your standard FICO score according to your history of credit card use. Also, it is a month behind the current ones, so if you have a lot of changes going on (balances going up or down, new cards opening, new late), the two can be quite different. The PFICO from WaMu is derived from your TU report.
The standard FICO's here are the ones typically used for mortgage applications. There is yet another tweaked version for auto loans, that puts more weight on your auto loan history.
