I havent been able to find nothing,no number,no email...i have typed in so many different ways and all that comes up is different post on this website,

Really?  What "google" are you doing?  If you do "capital one ceo email" the VERY first result (Email Capital One Credit Card| Address for Fastest Reply) contains the needed info
