Department stores are larger merchants that sell a general line of apparel, home furnishings, furniture, electronics, cosmetics, housewares and major appliances. They have several departments that usually have separate checkout counters. Toy Stores are stand-alone merchants that sell toys and games, and may sell a limited selection of do-it-yourself craft or hobby kits. Directly from my Citibank account. I wish it did count though.
