I’m having the the same issue - only the 1% is showing up.

You can go to the to menu, scroll down to the rewards page and pull up 5% Cashback Bonus, and scroll down to the current quarter and shows a daily running total of 5% and 1% you’ve earned for the quarter.
I'm sorry, I just don't see it. On the desktop, following what you said to go to rewards page then 5% cashback bonus, I don't see a running total. I see a bar that has a sliver of a green line at the beginning which as far as I can tell is just the starting line since there is a thinner bar extending from it that is not filled. There is also a statement above it that says I haven't earned any 5% cash back this quarter. My one and only grocery purchase so far of $85 has already posted (no longer pending).

This is how it should look (except my $400+ worth of groceries should be showing in 5% cashback instead of 1%)
Glad I came across this thread because I noticed the same issue earlier tonight. My Discover IT card closes on the 6th of the month so as I was reconciling it I noticed I had made two small grocery purchases since 1/1/20. When I check the Cashback page it shows no rewards even though the purchases were cleared and posted and I'm certainly activated the rewards for this quarter.
What I'm curious about is that the purchases are shown as "Supermarkets" while the rewards are for "Grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS."
EDIT:
Here's what the Program Details say: "Purchases made through third-party payment accounts, mobile or wireless card readers, virtual wallets or similar technology will not be eligible if the technology does not provide sufficient transaction details for rewards qualification."
My two purchases were paid via Samsung Pay.

Discover only has Supermarkets as a grocery category. I think they use that verbiage to exclude Walmart, Target, etc

I had no issues with my cashback tracker last quarter with the 5% back at Target. I used Apple Pay for pretty much all my Target purchases last quarter.

I gotcha. It must be a bug currently, then. I ONLY use mine for 5% stuff so hopefully I'll never see anything else.

My Target codes as Supermarkets, but I don't receive the 5% for it. This thread made me check my purchases. I have settled transactions for Aldi and my local farmers market (both as 'Supermarkets') but my Cashback meter is not showing any 5% purchases this quarter. To be fair though it looks to not be fully updated. I've posted ~$1700 in transactions and am only showing $1.21 accrued via 1% back. Looks like it's just behind.

Did your Samsung Pay transactions show up?
I did 2 Android Pay at supermarkets on Saturday 1/4. I think on 1/6 the cashback had not shown up yet. On Wed 1/8, I went to one of those stored and another supermarket but stuck my Discover into the card reader. Today (1/9), I see the 5% back from the Saturday trip.
Conclusion : Android Pay at Whole Foods and Sprouts likely gets passed through properly. But might take 1-3 days to show up.
