Depending on the market, and how I was using credit, they took anywhere from 2 years to 3 months. The biggest ones came after I'd call them and ask them to lower the rate on $5k+ balances I was carrying with them. When they refused I paid and/or transferred the the balances. They responded shortly after with large CLIs.
