There is no link under the spending power section of paypal, as I have read.  Do I need to call?

I don't think there is a link on the site.  I recently got an auto CLI from them, though.  $2,000 to $5,000.

They will ask you what CL you want also. So aim high ;-)

I've had it since November.  They recently auto-raised it from $1k to $3k.  Still deciding if I should try.  I don't carry a balance on it and had very minor usage on it.

Do what young said. 9 times out of 10 they'll give you an increase. Just make sure your util is low
