Is macy's credit card issued by department stores national bank? or at least i thought they were but if you go to this site https://www.citicards.com/cards/wv/cardDetail.do?screenID=939 it shows the macy's card there...also does anyone have an address for department stores national bank?

The Macy's credit portfolio is owned by Citi but serviced by DSNB.  DSNB is co-owned by Citi and Federated Department Stores (who in turn own Macy's).

The only address I have for them is the one that is associated with the INQ I have from them.  I'm not sure if this is the one you need, but the one I have is:
