push statement

Hi all! So I am able to pay all my credit cardsoff but it wont be until 2 days after the statement cut. Have any of you had success with credit card companies pushing the statement date so it reports to 0?

Re: push statement

I think Chase does mid cycle reporting, so even if your statement cuts with a balance, they'll report zero once you PIF.

Re: push statement

keep in mind too that if you can pay of fat least a decent portion then that's better than nothing. also, if you let it report really low next month your scores will go up again. utilization doesn't remember your previous month. you'll be okay. your negative effects will only be for a month or so.

Re: push statement

I haven't heard of Cap1 doing mid cycle report or report on request.

Re: push statement

Awesome! I was hoping to getit to 0 in this cycle because im getting married next year and if i can get to the 10% utilization i can maybe get my scores high enough so i can qualify for a prime card to pay for our wedding. I was told that i could be missing amywhere between 60-100 points! if you look at my scores you can tell i need them. Never knew how important utilization was.

Re: push statement

your scores don't show up on mobile. also, even if you report high this month you can report low next month and see a vast difference Smiley Happy
