what to do if online app is "stuck"

I am applying for the Capital One Venture Rewards, and I'm just getting a "processing application" revolving wheel . . . for like, 20 minutes. 

Meanwhile, I applied for the Citi Diamond Preferred and was approved pretty much instantly (credit limit $7000; apr 11.99 (after intro period)--so I know it's not a computer problem or anything. 

but my Capitol One app is still in limbo.  ???

okay; nevermind.  I refreshed the brower window and it said I was approved!  No terms yet, though. 

So ends my mini app-spree! ha!
