I know amex asks for DOB and social for the authorized users. Which other companies do this?

Capital One does, however I bypassed it before my wife had a SSN by calling.

When I added my wife as AU to my capital one back in February or March they did not ask for SSN, but they find out because it is on her CR. So I'm guessing it does not matter if they do or not because they will find out somehow lol.

Re: which CCs ask for ss# for authorized user?

Amex does not blacklist au user anymore... That was a short thing they did around 2007 and was over before 2009.

Navy federal is the only one I can think of currently that will blacklist you.

I don't know any banks that won't give au user account... I even got joint on cards that I have bad history on with my own!!!
