The good thing about rebucketing is, as you found out, you usually enjoy a faster rate of score improvement afterwards.

alert said two things aren't hurting as much anymore, balances owed and seeking credit. the alert was triggered by discover showing up and victoria's secret reporting use w/o a balance.

i sure would like to know how the seeking credit can hurt me as much today, none of the eq inq's were scheduled to fall off?

I've grown really skeptical of the possible reasons on the alerts.

But the negative comments on the actual reports, that's a different story. Another member posted recently that the "seeking credit" negative comment stopped showing before the 12 months were up --interesting! Because we've been told that inqs do hurt the same amount for a year, no fade. Maybe because no new ones have appeared in the interim?

i hear conflicting thoughts as well. part of the ufo type dis-information campaign to keep fico scoring top secret i suppose.
