This is a pretty incredible deal on BT from firstbankcard, 1% fee and 6.99% for life. My question is does anyone know if you could manually request these at some point later after getting these, or do they send these out a couple of times per year?
I'd go 0% for 9 months somewhere else then hop to these if it's still available then. If not I'd rather do this now.
Do you think I could call them in a year and they'll have a BT offer, or is this kind of system driven thing to do once/early on with them?

I have never called about a BT offer and no its not a one and off. I took a 5.99 fixed for life in Aug 2016 and have been paying it off, as soon as my balance fell below 3.5K I started getting 6.99%, no BT fee for life of loan. I originally took the account to 50% of its CL with that 5.99% offer, never received any AA from them as I paid it off 100 bucks a month + interest, got several auto CLIs along the way too. I have never used this Amex which was originally a Discover to make a purchase have had it strictly for BTs. I also have another account with FNBO and have received a different offer on it but I have no intention of accepting that one.
Does anybody have more info on these promotions?
I have had a First Bank Card MasterCard (Rakuten) for years and enjoyed Rakuten SuperPoints to get free/discounted items.
Randomly they severed their partnership and now it's called the FirstBankCard Platinum MasterCard (I guess like their Platinum Visa product).
Anyway, I was emailed an offer for BT with no fee & 6.99% APR for the life of the debt.
I transferred a bunch of my debt from some other cards that were charging too much interest even for small amounts like $300-$400. (Technically one's interest wasn't high but it seemed once the interest + 2 monthly charges using the card resulted in very little of the balance lowering after payments).
My question is, even though right now, I only have like $400 left of BT Funds (it won't let me do the entire card), I assume from the reply above that it's likely they will offer me a similar offer in the future once I get some more paid down and if I ever need to transfer some more?
