AZEO and Reporting Dates

My scores are all slightly higher than mid 700's and I have $94K in available revolving credit card limits. I try to do AZEO and let something small report on one card each month and start using another card and my scores trickle upward getting close to the 760's across the board. When I don't let anything report and I am at zero util. my scores drop between 13-20 points across the board. Everything else is in good shape, inquiries all down to 5 or under will all be at 2 by September.

So here is my issue. I was pre-approved for a mortgage with NFCU back end of November and we weren't finding a home so we withdrew, extended our lease for 4 months and we are ready to pre-approve again this week. So, I reported zero utilization and my scores all dropped end of last week. My NFCU Sig card had $66 at payment due date yesterday and I let it sit. I want to submit our mortgage app by Wednesday so we will be pre-approved by the weekend (we were pre approved in a day and a half in November with no derogatory changes to our credit since).

Does anyone know if the reporting to the CU will have happened by Wed or Thursday if my closing date on the reporting card was yesterday? I don't want them to pull my credit until the scores bounce back up which is the norm or at least has been.

Thanks!

Re: AZEO and Reporting Dates

My NFCU cards report about 3-4 days after statement cut date. Hope that helps.

Re: AZEO and Reporting Dates

That's what it looks like by past updates. Wondering though if we submit on Wednesday if the CUs will have already updated even though MyFico doesn't show it

Try using Wallethub and Experian to follow your reports. They offer daily updates. Then, you know when to pull your mortgage scores once you see it.

Free or $1 you can obtain your 3 bureau FICO 8 scores and reports at Experian or CreditCheckTotal (part of Experian). Cancel in 7 day or less to avoid the re-occurring monthly charge. Wash, Rinse, and Repeat as needed.

AnnualCreditReport. Free weekly 3 bureau online reports through April 2022.

Free credit reports (disregard the VantageScore 3.0 score) at:
Credit Karma for weekly TU and EQ reports.

Re: AZEO and Reporting Dates

My CC's  from Navy usually report within 3 days or so.

EX will sometimes show reported the day after my statement cuts.
