So with the AZEO method how much do I leave on 1 card so I can get the maximum for scoring? 1%? Is it 1% of my total credit utilization? All my cards are paid down to $0 currently. I also have 2 open auto loans and 2 installment loans
A balance under 8.9% on one card (credit, not store) is needed for maximum scoring.
1 of my cards closed since I had no activity for 2 years. Do you recommend at least charging something once a year to keep cards active but also at a low amount?

$10 to $20 is enough.

I had a card close due to inactivity with less than a year between charges.
It was Barclaycard, and their TOS states that any card that goes seven billing cycles without activity is subject to cancellation.
I don't worry about AZEO myself, so I just spread out my monthly reoccuring charges across all my cards and set them on autopay.
This will not guarantee the cards cannot be closed or credit lines decreased, but helps lower the chances of that happening due to inactivity.
