  Thanks for the support.  I sent it to the 3rd floor Hawthorne address.  That was the one showing on my CR.  Sent it out today.  We'll see what happens.  But the good news is that the OC for this account did get deleted from all CRs already, so not getting snapped with both anymore.

How did the OC get deleted? Did you send them a request? Was it because of age? Did they voluntarily delete?

The reason I ask, is because if it came off due to age, then the CA should be off as well.

My DV letter went out to them a couple day's ago and got the GC back yesterday. I'm hoping the wont validate it. I received offers of 30 and 60% off put when I asked for a PFD they refused it said they don't do that. That's what lead me to do a DV. I will keep you posted.

  I was actually surprised that the OC came off.  I was disputing through the CRA's that the balance should have been zero with a PIF.  Perhaps the OC didn't have or want to look for the paper trail

Just an update.  Found an email address for a Todd Tipton on their website and forwarded him a copy of the letter I sent CMRRR.  Hoping for a faster response.
