At this point, you've got 6 or 7 people in this thread that are stating that they're not seeing their Amex account update on EQ. The question then for these people is whether Amex is the only account with this EQ issue, or are you seeing your other (non-Amex) accounts update on TU/EX but not EQ? If it's only your Amex accounts, that's pretty conclusive evidence here that it's something Amex related, where they aren't properly communicating with EQ for whatever reason. One person above stated that they requested an off-cycle reporting by Amex and in involving a human being saw their Amex account update on EQ quickly after.
Sounds like a problem with their automated system not correctly sending updates to EQ monthly, as when a human being gets involved it goes through without issue.
Interesting I thought they where just being slow. My Amex hasn’t updated on EQ either. To answer BBS’s question, for me it’s just Amex not updating My Discover did report its new balance a couple of days ago.
I am having this exact same issue with my Cap1 cards. EX and TU are updating normally, EQ has not updated in 2019 yet. Not sure if it could be the same issue leading me to believe this is something on EQ side? I called Cap1 and they confirmed it is being sent to all 3.
I did not end up calling Amex or EQ. About five minutes ago, I got an alert on MF. It was the balance update on my two Amex TLs!
Yep my Equifax just updated today with my AMEX balance finally,
The myFICO alert just flew in saying that EQ has been updated for the month. That's seven days later than EX and TU.

Mine updated Sunday too which was also 7 days later than normal. I guess there was just a bug somewhere that they got fixed.
