Wow! It's like you were reading my mind. Yes, I'm also seeing the same error so it must be a glitch on their side. I first noticed it when trying to pull my annualcreditreport.com Equifax report. It kept giving me some kind of error message and prompting me to call. Then I tried the website itself and I was able to log in, however, the option to view your credit report is not available.
Spoke with a phone rep and she assured me my credit report was fine and there was nothing wrong on her side. I told her I'd just wait for the issue to resolve itself.
Interesting. I'm having problems opening up my EX report via their (EX themselves) website.

I've literally always had problems pulling reports from there. Some of the time it fixes by using private mode browsing or a different browser entirely. Other times I think it just randomly decides it doesn't want to work.
You know what always works? TU's free daily report. Gov't pls make that mandatory for all 3.

@OmarGB9, I did have problems with EX this morning. (kept getting error, -> try later)
I was able to finally get in, but website was super slow.
This may explain -> https://downdetector.com/status/experian/

I finally got in via incognito on browser, though it could just be coincidence. But prior to that, I couldn't even get in at all. It just kept trying to load, but never gave an error or anything.
I also had the same issue with both of them. I hope it wasn't a cyber attack and another data leak

@GZG Saw this and decided to check mines through MyEquifax and no problem. Report pulled right up.
The only thing wrong with my Equifax report is my Merrick Bank card hasn't updated in 3 months (still showing a 13 dollar balance and it's really zero BUT that's not on Equifax it's on Merrick. Every since they switched over their card my Equifax has been wrong.

Agree. Credit report section of myEquifax is working and I can see my credit report info, unlike a few days ago. That said, I tried to pull my Equifax annualcreditreport.com report and still no go. Says to call Equifax. This is using MS Edge with "strict" security settings.
Used @OmarGB9's advice and tried Firefox in private setting and it worked. Could also be that I had security settings too high on my Microsoft Edge browser. Anyhow, was able to download report very easily. Equifax just asked that I log in and sent me a confirmation text. Gotta love the forums!
If we just accept the reality that EQ is incompetent and just awful at what they do (not to mention the safety of your data), then it's actually pretty easy to understand 🙂
