Re: Anybody else having problems pulling their report from MyEquifax?

@GZG have been having an issue for the past 3 weeks....myfico had my monthly update today and it failed to pull equifax told me there was an error ... i have called EQ multiple times they keep telling me they will escalate the issue. also reproted equifax to CFPB becasue the inability for us to be able to access our credit report is a violation of our consumer rights .... but this is getting a little out of hand

Mine just started working again a week ago, I think the problem was with MyEquifax, not my file.

I think there's something borked about your file specifically that you'll have to figure out

Equifax. Might have a problem

When attempting to log in to equifax, I get a message that there is an error and to call customer service and give them code BLNK.

My file shows up blank and there are error messages. My file with them has not updated since 9/24/2022 and I've been in the process of credit repair.
I called them and they said they would escalate the issue and that it would take 4-10 business days to correct the problem.

Any ideas?  Anyone else had this before?

Try pulling your free annual report. Then you'll really know if there's a serious issue.

Re: Equifax. Might have a problem

Give them a call.   My guess is that code tells the CSR to either reroute the call to a specific internal team or to gather information in order to create and immediately dispatch an escalation ticket without attempting any significant triage.

Re: Equifax. Might have a problem

UPDATE! If I go through the motions on myequifax for filing a dispute, it lets me see my updated information on my credit report. One of them reported on January 8 2023 so I'm assuming everything is all up to date there.
Still don't know why I can't just see my report the regular way though. I'll wait the 4-10 business days they told me when I called them last Friday again.

They just tell me to submit the paper format and that is it! Every time ...
