I believe they are the same. NCO Group I think is in Delaware. NCO Financial is in PA as is NCO MedClear. I have seen all three as Defendants on court docs together.

I called NCO the other day....and they asked me if I needed the medical, financial, or some other center. I think the different departments collect different types of collection accounts. I believe they are all the same. The phoen number for NCO-as provided by Transunion is 1-800-273-6816.
