I would write the CA and tell them to change the information to the most accurate information you know.  If they do not, send an intent to sue.  I would not waste time suing for $1000.  Not only will it get you money, but, you can also work out a deletion...this stuff usually never makes it to court and is easy money for you Smiley Wink
 
Regarding which names to include, I'd go ahead and include both so you can kill two birds with one stone.  Although, if you were to sue, you could both sue individually; earning two seperate checks for $1000...since you are two different people.  Hmmm....maybe you should do seperate letters?  LOL

thank you for your help, i think i will just put both our names on it, help save the cost of a 2nd CMRRR. also how would i know if they bought the account or if it was assigned to them, would i have to call and ask/
 
also i had 1 other post re: MOV  can you read up on that and tell me what you think? thanks for your help
