CRA reporting question

Can a CA delete a TL reported by OC as charged off? I received a letter from a CA saying that they are deleting the TL with all 3 CRAs.

The CA can delete what THEY have reported to the bureaus, but not what the OC has reported. If both are reporting then you will have to GW the OC to get it taken off. Keep trying if they don't respond right away. Good luck!
