Hi Lady_Scarlet, you said not sign the letter. Is there any reason we should not sign when we are sending this letter?

NEVER, EVER, EVER sign a letter to a CA (or ven an OC for a disputed account).... your sig can be scanned and placed into any document they choose.  You will never be able to prove it is not your sig - only that it is not an original sig.
