All I can find online is that it says if you have a FA , creditors have to verify you before doing anything, but I can't find anything about not being able to get a CLI due to a FA.
Fairly certain a fraud alert is a superset of a report freeze, while it may be intrinsic to Commenity I'm not terribly surprised especially if it were a HP to do a CLI as I don't know their policies.
