Cant access my TU online on TU.com

I can access my TU CR from every other source except for TU itself. Their website says I cant be provided a credit report for security purposes. This has been happening for a year now, and it appears that i'm also barred access to my TU annual credit report :-( Everytime I call their CS I have to put-up with someone supporting a Martian dialect of english. I'm like "i'm having bit of a predicament here" and they go "my name is qrhanacn!afhafjjsfjdgd, can I halp yoo?" then "i see report, you see too. Thank you". For a reason i need to see the soft inqs on my TU, so is there any other way to go about this? Thanks in advance.

If you're having problems accessing your TU CR by phone or online, then try requesting TU CR by mail.

You will have to fill out a form to send in. Go to annualcreditreport.com ,you will see a link that says

"request your report through the mail".....it's located right under the picture of a woman with a laptop.

After you send the form in, TU may need addiontal info to process your request, they will contact  you by mail.

Thank you for your reply. I will call them tomorrow. I actually need to restore online access to my CR. They say they cannot provide me my CR online "due to security reasons" :-S
