So I keep getting emails telling me to update my income so they can "consider" future CLIs. Cap One left a bad taste in my mouth when they decreased my limit from 25k to 10k a few yrs ago and I stopped using my card.
You can choose to update it if you wish, but it's doubtful much would change if they did a CLD back in the day and you have not used the card since. It's just part of their periodic account reviews.
