Just checked and I'm now on Fico8. Some things I briefly noticed:
- Activity history only displays dates 2/26/25, 3/28/25, 4/16/25 - with scores that appear retroactively Fico. Years & months of Vantage are gone.
- Simulator doesn't have options for increased balances, new inquiries, new personal loans, card closures, limit decreases. Simulator does have options for decreased balances, new auto/mortgage loans, new cards, limit increases.
- The impacts to score section is gone.
*Edit to add that a few minutes ago I received an email from Cap1:
Saw this tidbit in the "about your score" section...
Just received an email that says Capital One's CreditWise will soon be providing TransUnion FICO Score 8 instead of VantageScore 3.0.

Taking after their Discover card acquisition. Guess I'll get to keep my free TU Fico 8.
Noticed this message upon login today:
Thanks for the heads up. I rushed right over there but I didn't have the notification for this scoring change. It's a worthwhile change, since we can get Vantage scores in so many places.
I've got 4 Capital One cards but have yet to get the notification about switching to FICO.
That's great news! Thank's for sharing.

Same. Well, I only have three cards.
FICO® 8: 802 (Eq) · 795 (Ex) · 775 (TU)
VS® 3.0: 773 (Eq) · 765 (Ex) · 763 (TU)
