I’m having the same issues and it’s so frustrating! I originally obtained this credit card to help rebuild my credit but it seems as if was all for nothing! It’s been four going on five months and they’ve only reported once, that was the initial month that the account was opened.
I'm having this same issue I have already paid almost 5 grand on my car and my loan is still showing i owe 20000. It's been almost 4 months. If they would report my payments then my credit would be at almost 750
