I got another letter from Cap1 today.  I was almost afraid to open it since every letter they sent prior to this one made the situation worse.  But lo and behold, they said they deleted the bad TL from all three credit agencies. They said the letter they sent earlier stating they had reported the TL as bad debt was sent in error and apologized for sending it.  It sounds like several people have had good luck with Cap1 GW's lately.   Maybe they started playing Marvin Gaye in their offices.

Wow. Perhaps they are changing their ways... PFD and GWs are working.. CLs should be reporting by the end of the year.. still not in my wallet though.
