First time I sent a fax letter to his office according to a secretary. Second time I sent him an email. Both times his assistant called and said they had reviewed and all information was reporting correctly. Never seemed interested in granting my request. I'll be happy to try again, it will not report anymore after next year but id love to have the negative removed so it can stay on your report till it falls off on irs own. Nelnet is by far my largest hurdle I refuse to give up on.
