2/27/08 Update- VICTORY

Meet with my lawyer this AM-

Went to court (by myself) this AM and the judge dismissed one of the charges and set aside judgment on the other- paid my $31 dollars and it's done.

Collections will be removed -

Sent a letter (via courier) , Fax and email to PROGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES.

This was quick too-

12th - on CR, DV, Dispute

21st Validation from CA

27th set aside judgment

Exp has not even finished thier investigation !!!!!!

Come on EX- Update this already-

20 days into the investigation- still investigating-

CA has not removed even though I demanded they do.

It's gonna be 10 long days.....

I got AA from AMEX- dropped my CL on Delta to $1500

Who can I sue????????????????

Seems I was wrong- no AA from AMEX- seems I did not complete my online payment yesterday-

Collections GONE from EX-

Finally after the "not so nice" Email I sent the collection agency this am- 

EX Fico is fully recovered-
