Re: Comenity not reporting

Wife has comenity Mastercard.

paid off but not reporting since June. Figured I would check here to see if anyone else has had issues... turns out yes!

July, august, September, October no reporting. Filed dispute today would be at minimum a +3 point increase if they reported.

Re: Comenity Didn’t Report In July

Came to see if others were experiencing this as I'm going through the same with all my Comenity cards. They all stopped reporting in June.  Seems a bit ridiculous. People need updated accurate info for so many important reasons.  I wonder how long this can go on?

I sent a message last night inquiring about no recent updates on my credit reports and this was my generic reply:

I am with Comenity Bank, which handles your credit card account. I'm here to help with your account needs.

We recognize that you've recently made a payment, but it is not reported to the credit bureaus. I understand how this can be frustrating for you. Because of a recent system update, we are not reporting account updates to credit bureaus while our processes get aligned for accuracy. We have our customers' best interest in mind, and will soon resume our standard practice of providing updated account information to the consumer reporting agencies with each account billing.

On behalf of the bank, I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions, please click the reply button.

Sincerely,

K.G

Re: Comenity Didn’t Report In July

Yep, it's now November and hadn't updated since June.  Paid off some and those accounts usually update with balances or not.  Thinking about the violations, but me being such a small fish.  I got the email as well when I messaged them and disputing with the bureaus just confirms that what they last reported is correct (for that reporting period).  So frustrating.
