Had fraud alerts on my credit reports, it seems that Comenity won't process CLI requests when you do. They hard pulled Experian on me 2x when I requested with the Luv button (Overstock & Wayfair - in May) and denied because of the fraud alerts. I've since removed the fraud alerts and contacted Comenity to get those HPs removed. Yesterday the lady told me that they would escalate it since another team needs to look it over.
Today, I get another HP on Experian from Comenity for no reason. Beyond frustrating, I'm going to write in to dispute all these HPs now, just needed to rant.
