Does anyone know if Comenity will update your balance to the CRA’s if you request it? (I have a ULTA credit card if that makes a difference.) I’ve sent them a secure message and am not really getting anywhere with them. I paid my balance to $0 2 days after my statement cut on the 23rd. I made the payment on the 25th. They still haven’t even updated my statement balance. I am trying to get preapproved for a home at the end of March and I can’t wait until mid-April when/if they decide to update my March 23rd statement balance. Does anyone know if there is a number I can call to request they update my balance sooner? Thank you for any help.
Comenity typically not report off cycle when consumer requests it.
You can call the number on the back of your card if you still wish to persue this.
There is no specific, centralized line for this type of requests.
