Credco Merge Issue with Software

My mortgage broker pulled my credit report from Credco in April 2012 as I was selling my home.

There was only one late payment reported in November 2008

My credit score was 766

All of the reporting credit  agencies consistently show that ONE late payment in November for EVERY year since 2008

I moved into an apartment so I could take my time to find a house.

I found a house this month and put a contract on it

My credit report was pulled from Credo again (only 6 months later)

The report now shows that I have 2 late payments in 2008.  One for November and One for December

My credit score dropped 40 points

These people are obviously putting out buggy software .... And affecting people's lives......Hope Credco resolves this quickly before I look the house that took 6 months to find.  Can I have my mortgage broker pull from a different agency?

Re: Credco Merge Issue with Software

Call Credco consumer relations  and  work with them.  the number is 877) 532-8778 8 AM to 5 PM  Pacific Time.  Credco software does not calculate the your socre than is done at the repository (bureau).  So if the score dropped the data beign reported has changed and  that needs to be corrected.
