Why do banks need to make a big project out of trying to pay your bill? Penfed is one that is just way too much stuff to just make a simple payment. I just had to make my payment to my DCU card and that was every worse Their is even an option to pay two times my payment due amount that would have had me over pay my account? Uggh. DCU made me add my account that I wanted to pay from and it's from a DCU account. Banks need to make it easier then this and not so much extra crazy options.
Ok then. My second job pay goes to PENFED checking. 4 clicks and the Power Cash Card is paid. Took 45 seconds. Linking accounts when it was new took a minute. Set up PENFED to link to my Chase main checking took 3 minutes. Did you have a hot date that you were late too?
Hope you feel better now.

I can pay any of my bills in under 5 seconds! That's about how long it takes to type the amount I want to pay into BofA's bill pay field for that payee. Click 'submit' and I'm done. ![]()
Since you're unhappy with the payment methods offered by the creditors, why not pay your bills like I do, using your bank's bill pay? It's been decades since I set mine up, and I'm sure if I had to start fresh right now, adding all the info for every payee, it would take a little effort--but after that it's painless. I can easily add a new payee in a matter of a minute or so, and I don't need to do that very often at all. After you're all set up, it's smooth sailing! YOU decide how much to pay and when to pay it. No silly prompts or extraneous fields, no chance of accidentally paying double or paying in full, just enter the correct amount and you're done. Sweet!

I need to get one of those accounts that don't want to take my money. lol On a serious note... I'm sure you'll figure out the best and quickest method to relieve some of the stress. This post does make me a little grateful for my CAP1 app. Click>Click>BOOM! No "Saliva" (the band) pun intended.
