My Equifax was pulled 22 times in 2014. I log in daily and check my credit and I am wondering what has happened. All of my hard pulls have disappeared and it hasn't even been a full year yet. I thought it took two years for hard pulls to disappear. I was worried I might have a split file, but I called equifax and I don't. I have experian frozen. I also have no inqueries on Transunion. My Fico scores have also jumped big time. I have zero inqueries on both TU and EQ. anyone else had this happen?

It's a bug in the CRA's system; dailly pullers can do that, process labeled as B* here on the forums. It's dumb and stupid and the CRA's need to fix that as that portion of the data isn't to be trusted... but given that few lenders worry about inquiries currently, it's not as big of a deal I guess.
Explicitly EQ and TU.

After 1 year your inquiries no longer effect your score. Also, your myFICO reports will not show inquiries over 1 year old. But your credit report from annualcreditreports.com should show inquiries under 2 years old (or the reports directly from the credit bureaus). Were you pulling from the bureaus or from myFico? myFICO's report focuses on things which impact your score and inquiries over 1 year old have no impact on your score. Also are you sure the 22 pulls were HPs and not SPs? SPs won't show up on myFICO but they will show up on the bureau reports that you pull.
If HPs within the last year are missing, you likely have a split file. Fixing a split file can be a headache but all 3 bureaus have a process for merging split files.

Where are the pulls from? Start there.
