Credit Monitoring Service Recommendation

Would someone kindly recommend a decent credit monitoring service that covers all 3 CRA's that differntiates easily between soft and hard inquires. I currently use USAA CCM and it's great for daily pulling and shows hard inquires. I kinda like the old school TrueCredit better, but that's gone now. USAA CCM does not show soft inquires AFAIK

I recently had a thread on this if I could find it... funny, it's on my to -do list today!

I "HAD" USAA for years now and to my disappointment they changed to allow 1 free pull every 30 days, if I wanted to continue to be able to pull daily I would have had to upgrade and I think it was $29.95/month. (Not happening!)

Let me see if I can find my old thread.

What do you mean no service that covers all 3?

I know you can't get Fico Scores from any of the Tri-Merge Report Services but all three credit reports is pretty standard to find, no?  I don't care about scores either, I really just wanted more access so when in middle of disputes or taking care of collections and such you can see if it gets fixed or deleted before buying a Fico report or waiting out the next update on your membership... I don't actually pull daily unless in the middle of such stuff as above.

Re: Credit Monitoring Service Recommendation

I've been using EIDT/MPM. $12.95/mo. I'm happy with it. Tri-merge once a day, 3 fakos once a day (they're close enough for me,) and change alerts throughout the day.

Re: Credit Monitoring Service Recommendation

What I mean is, there is no membership service that I am aware of which actually monitors all three bureaus at the same time.

For example:  MyFICO monitors TU and EQ but not Experian.

freecreditreport.com monitors Experian but not TU or EQ

Credit karma Monitors TU

You can buy three bureau reports of course, but the monitoring is not across all three bureaus from any one service to my knowledge.

What is EIDT/MPM ?

TOS is a lot more comprehensive about pulling your credit, I would advise that you head there to find some answers

From: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/General-Credit-Topics/Credit-Monitoring-Service-CMS-Guide/td-p/66254...

Triple Alert  -  $8.95/mo  -  FAKO (PLUS score)  -  Triple Alert is the monitoring aspect of the above. You don’t get any reports, but it will monitor all 3 reports for changes on a daily basis. You can order all 3 reports for an extra one-time of $24.95 and you get a PLUS score for EX.

No for reports, but will monitor changes on a daily basis.
