Credit Monitoring?

Hello, I am in the process of fixing my credit.  I do not need real FICO scores, just need a good 3 in 1 credit monitoring service so I can keep track of the goods and bads with my credit reports.  I am new to all this.  I also need a good simulator so I can start increasing my points as much as possible!  I need direction!Smiley Happy

I've already received a lot of great advice from this forum, and need to get to work!!  I am in the process of buying a home and need to get my maximum points asap, so I don't think I need to get my real FICO scores anytime soon, right?  I already have them, thanks to the mortgage co.

PS- How accurate are the FAKO's??
And the credit monitoring will alert me anytime my score changes, correct? I don't need to pull my reports and scores randomly?

Re: Credit Monitoring?

I am using CreditKeeper - have gotten alerts when my accounts appeared, when a dispute 'verified', and when my score with them changed over 20 points, $9.99/month for a tri merge report.  However you can only get 1 report every 30 days.  Personally, I don't need it more often (guess I am  not obsessed).

These are PLUS scores (FAKOs) - are they accurate with FICOs --- no idea,  Use the advice here for max FICOs.

They do have a good and detailed SIM (can tweak each account to see what might help).
