Title pretty much says it all. Happening across all 3 reports. I have a paid off balance in January that still showing a balance on all reports. I thought it was the creditor, but it is happening with multiple accounts. Refinanced my car in Feburary, the old and new loan are reporting. Old loan should of reported on the 26th of Feburary. I have 5 accounts that are stuck like this, and I know it is affecting my score. I can't seem to dispute with Experian, as every time I try, they say they have a technical issue. Anyone else having these issues?
It would help if you provided the name of the lender?
1) Capital One Auto
2) NFCU
3) Credit One
4) Grain
If you are seeing multiple accounts on all three CRAs not updating... are you certain you are looking at updated report pulls? (Is anything changing/updating at all?)
Many CMSes require an explict action to update the report shown... where are you looking at your reports?
I am verifing that I am looking at the most recent pull on Experian as I pay for the service. Also, confirmed with Credit Karma, these reports have not budged. I don't honestly have a slightest clue what is going on. I have attached snapshots of accounts that haven't updated when they should of.
You mentioned trying to open a dispute for some (all?) of these accounts - are you sure that there aren't disputes active?
Did any other accounts on your reports update in March?
I have not put in any disputes. I tried to do it with Experian, but the site says experience technical difficulties (Been saying that for months). I had accounts added in March that appeared on the reports, but nothing else seemed to change that I can see.
Perhaps try calling each individual bureau.
I guess I am gonna try that tomorrow. I dread the calls. I'll keep you posted.
I'm not sure if this helps, but when I refinanced my car at the end of 2019, my previous lender said it may take up to 60 days for them to report after being paid off. It was just after the 45 day mark when they finally updated, not on the day they typically updated to the CRAs. That may be the case for the February accounts, but shouldn't be the case for the January account.
