Do you or can you recieve your credit score when you apply for a credit card? If so, how?
I know if you are declined they will tell you.
Walmart offers a free score with their card.
I learnt that about Walmart last week, thank you.
I was just curious because if you got approved for a credit card, it would be interesting to know what was your score they approved.
I really don't know if they do or not. I haven't applied for anything in like 5 years lol.
wow! your credit is prob EXCELLENT! lol.
No, not by a long shot. I don't work and live on retirement and disability pay. I don't want to put myself in another bind lol.

You get a credit score with every CC app unless.....you are given the best terms for that card then the lender is not obligated to give you a score.
Gotcha. Sorry to hear. :/
oh really?? Thanks. I will def keep that in mind for future applications.
They do give you your score. I recently got both a Chase and an Amex card. The envelopes containing the cards had a sheet with my score and which bureau they pulled from.
Edit-Ah, what myjourney said. Didn't know that about getting the best rate. I guess I didn't lol.
