Easy just apply for a Wal-mart store card, if you have a heartbeat they'll approve you and you get a REAL Fico 08 Transunion score. It's the exact same TU score as the CCT TU score shows I have. Get a AMEX and you get a free Experian FICO score.

Haha.  Good analogy.  (That's an analogy right?)  Anyway, down with cct, TO WALMART!

Does anyone recall what the price was to order additional reports/scores? Out of curiosity I just clicked on the link to order reports and it's $39.95. Was that the price before?

Yes, that was the price before. And it's less than the cost here.

Thanks CAPTOOL. I don't believe I ever investigated that before.

More than enough credit.

Re: CCT Changes

I got the same email. I want to do one last pull before I cancel it says it will charge me $0.00. So if I hit submit will it charge me nothing or will a charge of some sort show up?

Cap 1 QS1 - $3300, Kemba CU - $500, Chase Freedom - $500, Sears MC - $751, Sears - $2000, Hot Topic - $1230, Grismer - $1200, Target - $1800, Walmart - $200, Home Depot - $500, Discover IT Chrome - $7000, Chase Sapphire Preferred - $5000

It's a bummer... but at least now it's actually worth the 50% retention discount I got. Smiley Happy

Bingo! The change is annoying, but nothing to go apoplectic over. It's still the best deal available at the $14.97 a month most of us are paying. Now if they did switch to Plus or Vantage, that would be different and reason for dumpage.

Re: CreditCheckTotal

@scarchelli

FYI the Wal-mart store card and the Wal-mart Mastercard that I just automatically got converted to this month is backed by Synchrony Bank. So they only pull TRANSUNION on the applications and then only SOFTPULLS going forward on all CLI requests.

Your motto should be, "give me a Wal-mart card or give me death!" Smiley Very Happy

I pulled a 3b this morning.  Cancelled just now after I read the news.  Girl on phone said I'll still be able to pull my other 3bs until the 19th I think?  No idea how that makes sense but either way you won't be charged.

Re: credit check total changes

@Anonymous wrote:
So is this a daily monitoring service that tracks specific changes like 3B or is it your actual reports that are updated?

Actual full reports are updated. Used to be daily for EX, and three times a month for the other two. Now it's daily for EX and once a month for the other two.
