Same thing happened to me. I was supposed to be able to pull on Monday and it changed to 6 days.

Ditto. Except 16 days.
Yesterday I could pull today who would have been my third pull for the month that I paid for... Today it's 9 more days and after my billing date!
Kuma?

Yep, the customer service reps who said that those whose billing date was prior to the 9th would still get their three pulls were lying.
My billing is on the 24th and they only gave me 2 and cut me off after the 9th and told me 9 days I'd have to wait to do it again. Saturday is when I can supposedly pull again but from what others have said I'm not holding my breath. But daily pulls and 1 30 day pull for $30 is a great deal, right?... Right?
It will be a much better deal if you call them, tell them you want to cancel and let them offer you a year at 14.99. Do it again at the end of the year.
The half off for 1-5 years deal with CCT is if you threaten to cancel before the 7-day trial period expires and you do it through CCT's AUTOMATED SYSTEM, not by calling them. I haven't heard of anyone being able to get the half off after the 7-day trial period expires. But you could try to cancel through the automated system and see if they'll give you half off or not. I got $15/month for 5 years through the automated system, $15.91/month to be exact. In Texas we got tax they charge I guess.
No, I had it past the free trial and they offered it to me. At first I tried the automated line and it offered me five years, then transferred me to a representative to complete the deal who said he could only give me one year. But this was two months after my trial period ended. Try it, they should offer it to you.

CCT is very aware of this issue.
After a civil discussion with a CSR and holding for a supervisor that refused to pick up my call and transferred me back to CSR
CCT informed me that they will not provide the pulls that I paid for on September 25 as the service changed on October 8.
He could not explain why yesterday it said I could 3B pull today and today it says after my new billing.
I asked for a refund of the charges from the 25th and they refused.
I explained that they were 3 options and two consequences.
Option A: they provide me with the 3 pulls and I stay a customer
Option B: they refund me the money from September 25 for failure to provide the services and I would be glad to stay a customer starting with a new billing period on Oct 25
Option C: they refuse to do A or B and I will file a complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the FTC, the BBB and dispute the charge on my credit card
CCT said they will refund my charge from September 25th and cancel my CCT account effectively immediately.
I explained that I would I was willing to stay a customer if they would make it right, they told me "no" they were cancelling my membership and sending me an email.
I said "ok"
The email said should I change my mind, just give them a call and they'll reconnect me.
Worried I would lose all of my reports stored there for the last 6 months or so, I logged into my CCT account and I have been offered a 7 day trial of "Credit Tracker" for $1, then $21.95 or "Credit Check Total" for $1 and then $29.95.
My reports are still there.
