I had a similar situation -- Aspire basically never truly kept track of their loans. I think I got them with Citi back when private lenders were still involved in student loans, then I consolidated them at some point and they moved to Aspire (maybe another place in there too, I forget)... In my case they eventually moved over to MOHELA in 2016 where I now have them under control and on repayment -- I disputed directly with Aspire -- which no longer exists -- and everything fell off.
Thank you for that info! I actally was able to remove all of them from TU and my FICO 8 score jumped over 100 points! I should be able to dispute with Equifax in a few days as Equifax shows them reporting negative from April 1st 2013. I might do that or just wait until they fall off in April or May. After this I'm done with rebuilding. It was a long road to recovery but I'm almost there. 😊
