I have a similar situation going on with all the CRAs. They stopped updating this account in May 2016. However, after I disputed the account, I realize the creditor had updated to Experian in July 2016, but not the others.
What I suggest you do, is makes copies of your monthly statements to show the payments and dispute and send in your statements. My creditor advised me to dispute as I had paid the account in full ($1100 to $0 balance). After sending this in, the creditor had updated with Experian (said I could not end the dispute), my FICO score increased by 4 points.
Good luck with everything.
I have noticed the same thing with TU. My revolving accounts get updated up to 3 weeks after EQ and EX, and the installment loans up to 2 months later.
Lack of monthly updates to a CRA is not per se a disputable inaccuracy.
There is no requirment for monthly reporting. That just happens to be the norm with most creditors.
Updates are only required if/when the previous information has changed such that it is no longer accurate.
Any dispute would then be based on the requirment of FCRA 623(a)(2) that they promptly update as necessary to maintain the accuracy of the previously reported info.
The requirement is only that they promptly update, which is not specified in terms of days, weeks or months.
I would not dispute merely based on lack of monthly reporting.
