did a search, either I dont know what I'm looking for or I just cant find it - If anyone can point me in the direction of whatever letter I should be sending next, that would be great.

I believe this is it, don't quote me and search some more!

"Please have this information removed from my credit-reports at once, as according to FACTA and FCRA you would be be in violation of Section § 611(a)(6) and (7). 15 USC 1681i of FCRA if you continue to report unverifiable tradelines."

That was from a letter I sent to the CRAs after Midland did not DV me (and added me in fact to Equifax.).

You can also 'MOV' (that you can find on search) which you do to the CRAs, it means show me what YOU used to verify the debt. I think often all they do is go on the fact that a CA or OC has an you listed as a debtor, e.g. John Smith $1,000. I can't otherwise see how TU/Exp verified Household Bank when in fact Household Bank could not verify to me with DOCUMENTS when pushed.
