@newmomnewme i'm very sorry for the situation and your mom. I wish she had found this forum as well. It's hard to really know what's possible now without knowing what the terms of the agreement actually are, so you would have to determine that before you could determine what options are available.
so that would be the first step to discovering what's possible. But I can tell you, you can do it better yourself than what they do for you many times; it's a nightmare what those companies do, some of them.
