Off topic, but has anyone been able to chat with Discover in the last 3-4 days?  I've been trying multiple times throughout each day, but always get a feature not currently available message.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the chat tool, you can contact Discover directly via the alternate options they provide online.

Still no luck with Discover chat for me today.  I sent them a feedback message asking them what the issue is and suggesting that it get rectified quickly.

Got back the following secure message from them when inquiring about the chat issue:

 

Hello Brutal,

Thank you for your message regarding our website. I understand your frustration with the technical difficulties you have encountered and I am happy to assist you today.

We have been experiencing technical difficulties with the live chat being temporarily unavailable for some customers. Please be assured that we are working to resolve this matter; however, we do not have an exact date as to when this problem will be fixed. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to bring this to our attention. It is comments such as yours that allow us the opportunity to better serve our customers.

I appreciate your business and the opportunity to be of service. Thank you for choosing Discover.

 

So, basically they have no idea what the issue is, or when it will be fixed.

Chat works for me.

My FICO scorecard has yet to update since my statement on the 17th though. I can see my February score on my statement but scorecard is still from January. Usually its updated the day after my statement so a week late is unusual. 

I wonder if the issues are related at all.

Same.  My statement shows my FICO score from February, but online I still see the score last updated in January.

Chat is also not working for me and my FICO hasn’t updated online but did on my statement.  Also received a verification code via text today that I didn’t request so called them and apparently it’s from one that was requested 4 days ago and it’s just coming through.  They said they are having some issues right now lol.

My card design studio is unavailable, however the online chat worked for me and I requested a new design from there. Even the CSR said they didn’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be working for me. Also, my FICO score hasn’t updated yet either
