I got an update on my fico 8 a couple of times since I have ordered the 3b report that shows all the different fico versions. I don't see a difference on any of those, so I was wondering if those updated when something changed that updated the Fico 8 score or do you have to generate a new 3b report before those update? If those do update, is it possible that your fico 8 scores can change as much as 17 points up with affecting scores such as your Fico 2 score for Experian or the other mortgage scores for the other CRAs?
Your FICO8 scores will update whenever you see an alert. The other scores will update only when you redeem a 3B report.
Keep in mind that an alert may not be the reason the score change. All it does for sure is trigger the update. If there's a score change, it may have changed for a non-alertable reason, such as accounts aging.

The others update just when you get a new 3B report.

They don't always run in tandem. It varies widely, depending on the scoring model. Sometimes a 17 point change on FICO 8 is unaccompanied by any change in one's mortgage scores, sometimes there might be a muted change.
Just your Fico 8 scores update. When you get your updated 3b report the other scores will update then
I am guessing you have purchased the $30/mo or $40/mo myFICO Ultimate credit monitoring product. It's probably a good idea to review what that is, which you can do here:

You'll see, for example, that it is only the FICO 8 scores that update frequently. All other scores update either monthly or every 90 days, depending on the package you purchased.
It sounds like you may be looking for a mortgage. If you describe your timeline we may be able to suggest a cheaper CM solution.
