Yep i have been down since last monday. I am giving them till wednesday. If it isn't up by then I am cancelling. I am not really in rebuilding anymore, just monitoring and I can do that other ways now. It was nice and I wouldn't cancel if they get it fixed.
I am not cancelling. There is literally 1 other service on the planet that offers what EIDT does. And it's more expensive (FYI, I pay $11.95/mo using a promo link I found on google).
Sometimes you're the windshield, and sometimes you're the bug.
There are actually at least two.
I called in this morning and a very nice CSR got me back in. It's working perfectly now.
The number I called is 800-569-3460.
Its back for me too, thankfully. Didn't even have to call, but did need to select a new username. I am glad. I like the MPM 3-in-1 format.
Yeah, I had to select a new username as well, however, when I got to the identity verification questions it would stall out on me. So I called in and did the verification questions by phone and got in.

Mine stalled at verification, I called a CSR who had me answer the questions but it still gets stuck at the verification page when I login. So annoying.
We're back in business!
I called EIDT to cancel -- I was annoyed at having been locked out of my account for a solid week, and I don't really need daily pulls anymore. The woman I spoke with was very polite and friendly (in fact, I was a little surprised that she made zero attempts to retain my business), but right at the end of the call she said "I have to ask, if you don't mind: is this because of the My Privacy Matters mess this past week?" I said yes, and she said "understood."
Finally working for me. I didn't have to call or anything. I guess they finally fixed the darn website.
